Return Policy

We want you to live with each piece before committing. Returns are handled with the same care as the objects themselves.

Considered Returns

Eligible pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by all packaging and documentation. Made-to-order and commissioned works are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@louellab.com with your order number and the piece you wish to return. We will respond within two business days with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping is refunded in full when the return results from our error.

Exchanges

To exchange a piece for another of equal or greater value, contact us and we will arrange the swap and any balance adjustment.
